Sport Fishing
Many have called our area a sportsman's paradise. The marina provides year round slips for the sport fisherman. With an extremely safe bar to cross, it is possible to try your hand for Ling Cod, Halibut and Snapper almost year round. Subject to seasons, defined by Oregon's Fish & Wildlife Department, one can also fish for Dungeness Crab and Salmon.
The purpose of this page is to provide the sport fisherman with all of the information required for a safe and productive ocean fishing trip.
The Bar Webcam is "streaming real time" current conditions. Any cautionary flags can be seen on the left, at the Coast Guard Station. The current weather forecast and tidal information is also provided for your convenience.
The fishing report section is intended to report on the days catch and conditions. Catch a big one and you may end up showing your trophy to the world, on this page.
