Available for LEASE, is a two-story structure located adjacent to Harbor Rd., offering approximately 13,000, square feet of circulation, and restroom areas. The floor areas can be divided into as many as 19 different suites. A central elevator tower will provide access to the second floor. The suites will be individually metered to allow each tenant control of their own energy consumption and expenses.

The Port currently leases space to 34 businesses and manages a 9,300-square-foot commercial center near the Boardwalk.
